Puffy eyes are a feature that may add an unappealing aura, even to the prettiest face. What’s worse is that it causes an extremely uncomfortable feeling for those suffering from it and its may be highly irritating to wake up every day just to see these same old eyes bags in the mirror. That is why people would like to remove instantly once they see it. Removing these eye bags is a little difficult and may not happen as fast as you would want it to, but the your best shot would be at attacking the problem from the root.

These puffy eyes don’t just come out without any reason. There are causes for having these puffy eyes and one of the main ones is the heads fluid retention around the eye. The process takes place when we sleep, especially when sleeping in a prone position where the fluids can be stored easily underneath the eyes. Because of this, during our sleeping hours, our body fluids that go into our head do not have a proper circulation. Sleeping with the head elevated higher than with the usual position is the best way to prevent having those puffy eyes. One overnight sleep is sufficient to remove all those water that goes below your eyes. Another way, which is very accessible, is placing cool bags under our eyes. All you have to do is refrigerate the bags and put them on your eyes. There are also some medical treatments that you can use like the eye gels that are readily available in different pharmacies. The most common to everyone, which is the “beauty rest” together with placing a cucumber on your eyes, is also an easy and affordable way where you will not buy those gels anymore.

Another reason for bloated eyes is the improper flow of the lymph. The eye bags appear under our eyes if we lack proper lymph flow. There are other ways in having a proper lymph flow besides sleeping in the correct position, which are the two exercises that are very simple. These are the Deep Breaths and Jumping Jacks. All you need is a ten of these exercises everyday and your bags will be gone. Our daily intake also plays a role in having puffy eyes. One of it is anything that has sodium that can trigger in having puffy eyes. It is better to think first before taking anything that is really salty if you really want to keep your eyes beautiful. Intake of less water can be a cause also of developing puffy eyes. Drinking more water, just water, no juices or any other beverages will help in the water flow and remove the water stuck under our eyes. The last but not the least reason for puffy eyes is aging. This normally comes out as we grow old and this will not be removed even though we do some exercise and use water and unsalted diet. Don’t lose hope - these puffy eyes can be removed through simple surgical procedures, or even by using natural cremes, serums and other products.

There is always a solution for any problem; therefore there must be one to get rid of puffy eyes. Try looking for more material on this site, the solution is definately out there. No matter what you wind up doing - Don’t forget the sunscreen!

Tags: , , , , , , , ,

Just as we are reluctant about carrying heavy baggage with us everywhere we go, so we are about the “extra baggage” under our eyes. You will be surprised to know that this problem emanates from your genes and DNA. The advent of this starts happening at around thirty years. However not all eye bags occur because of this. They may also point out to an underlying condition such as sinus problems, malfunctioning of the kidneys and urinary tract infections.

Our kidneys are one of the excretory organs of our body that helps us in flushing out wastes and toxins. We need to drink plenty of water in order to help them do so. Also, go ahead and decrease the amount of caffeine that you ingest every day. Start your day on a healthy note with luke-warm water and a dash of lemon.

As the skin around our eyes is extremely fragile any wear and tear immediately shows up out there. You have several options of getting rid of these unsightly under eye bags that are by surgery, cosmetic intervention or healthy lifestyle adoption.

Some things that have been tested and their value validated are the plain old potato and cucumber. Both these seem to be like wonder ingredients for the skin around your eyes.

Moreover, the under eye bags could result out of toxins found within your body. The body gets rid of toxins and impurities in a cyclical and periodic fashion. If you were to draw an analogy then it would be with the shedding of the skin by a snake to get a new one.

Here are the various parameters that affect the skin under the eye:

Lifestyle changes:

· Don’t get stressed by learning techniques to handle it

· Plenty of water should be your mantra

· Don’t drink extremely cold water

· Keep away from carbonated drinks as the fizz does nothing for your health

· Say no to alcohol.

· Binge on fruits and dry fruits. Especially ones like papayas, coconuts

· Consume less sugar

· Don’t be tempted to reach out for fried food or calorie laden ones

· Use products that are made from natural ingredients rather than harsh chemicals

· Good sleep will do you good

· Massage your eyes gently with a flannel cloth and luke-warm water.

· Smile as it doesn’t cause a dime but does lots for you.

Foods to keep off:

· Frozen and cold food

· Oil and butter laden

· Synthetic and chemical laden such as sweeteners

· Mono Sodium Glutamate- MSG

· Food that is not organically grown

· Genetically modified to get a better yield

· Too much of baking powder used

· Fast food that is really fast on the fat accumulation

· Dairy products like cheese and butter

· Too much of finger foods in front of the TV such as nachos and chips

Food you should opt for:

· Unrefined salt or less salt

· Fruit and vegetable juices in their pure form

· Use of less fats

· Honey as it is known for its medicinal uses

· Food rich in vitamins, minerals and iron

· Wheat, oats, bran and nuts to give you the right amount of roughage

DON’T FORGET THE SUNSCREEN!
